CANCELLATION POLICY
At Facial Studio LA, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% charge of the total service cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation — this policy helps us serve all clients more efficiently.
